MostTrusted profiles the most trusted businesses in New Zealand. They do this by…
- Maintaining a detailed catalog of Trusted NZ Businesses including industry and location lists, with 2,437 businesses currently listed.
- Providing the public with a credible place to find and locate trusted businesses, products and services, with 4,763 customer reviews currently listed on their website.
- Running the Most Trusted Business Awards program. Votes run into the thousands.
Most Trusted certifies a business as a trusted local business through their verification process, including confirming ties to the local industry and publishing client reviews.
Robust Process
To be listed on Most Trusted, a business must first be nominated and then reviewed. It then goes through a validation process based on criteria for that industry. This includes meeting with the Most Trusted team, verification of company details, and verification of links to the business community.
Any business not meeting the criteria, or receiving negative feedback, does not appear in the Most Trusted database.
Most Trusted Business Awards Program
The Purpose of the Most Trusted Business Awards is to recognise businesses for their trustworthiness. It is about those businesses that are putting in the extra work to get their excellent reputation. It is about businesses that have the x-factor.

Transparent Process
To qualify for entry into the Most Trusted Business Awards, businesses must first be nominated by the public or local business association, and reviewed. Winners are determined transparently by public voting, not in an opaque way by a panel who may or may not be susceptible to outside influence.
