Driveline First Car Competition

‘Remember the sense of freedom you felt when you got the keys to your first car? This month we’re giving away a $100 voucher for the person who shares the most nostalgic picture with their first car! To enter, head across to our Facebook page and simply tell us what your first car was in the comments section below! The winner will be announced after the competition ends on 31 August and can choose from a $100 Movie Voucher, a $100 Petrol Card or a $100 Prezzy Card.

‘DRIVELINE FIRST CAR COMPETITION’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

  1. By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Driveline on its Facebook page (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.
  2. The “Promoter” of the Competition is Driveline Fleet Limited, 7a/65 Paul Matthews Rd, Rosedale, Auckland 0751. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You completely release Facebook from any and all liability associated with this Competition.
  3. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering into the Promotor’s ‘Driveline First Car Competition’, the entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions of entry. Entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions to be valid.

 

  1. This Competition is only open to eligible entrants (“Entrants”), being individuals who:(i) are residents of New Zealand; and
    (ii) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the promotion; and
    (iii) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this Competition.

 

  1. The Competition commences at 10.00am (NZDT) on Monday August 7th 2017 and closes at 11.59pm (NZDT) on Thursday 31 August 2017 (“Competition Period”).

 

  1. The Winner will then be selected, and notified on Friday 1 September on Facebook. The winner has 72 hours to respond. If the winner has not responded in this time, the runner up will be declared the new winner.

 

  1. To participate in the Competition, the Entrant, or the entrant’s parent/guardian, must during the Competition Period, follow this entry criteria: Say what your first car was in the comments section on the ‘Driveline First Car Competition’ announcement post on Facebook.

 

  1. All entrants acknowledge than when uploading photos to the Driveline Facebook page competition post, you are granting permission for the images to be used by Driveline in our social media communications and in other media.

 

  1. The winner will be judged by the Driveline marketing team. They will select the overall winner by the car that stands out the most.
  2. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Driveline takes no responsibility for entries or prizes that are lost or destroyed.
  3. The winner will be announced after the competition ends on 31 August and can choose from; a $100 Movie Voucher, a $100 Petrol Card or a $100 Prezzy Card.
